CEC Media Network Password Reset

Description

QL Mobile is the link used on the store iPad to control the CEC Media Network show.

Solution

• The Show Control Player is the link used on the store iPad to control the CEC Media Network show. It is displayed on the iPad with this icon.

• Items to know about your password for the show.
  
  • The store’s account will be locked after 10 failed login attempts. 
  • The store’s account  will remain locked for 30 minutes (If an attempt is made before the 30 minutes are reached the locked-out time will restart.)

• Options for a Work Around if you know your username and password and the account is locked on the iPad
  • You can use a mobile device that is NOT connected to the store's Wi-Fi.
  • Click on this link from that mobile device - https://cec-ds-cms.us.panasonic.com/Qlmobile/ 
  • Then enter your username and password.

• Options for a Work Around if you DO NOT know your username and password
  • Contact the CEC Service DESK immediately by opening a ticket. 
    • Link to open a ticket - CEC Support Team
    • Mark the priority field as Urgent
    • A CEC Service Desk analyst will call you shortly to reset your password.
