If an employee receives a promotion as a manager and need to be added to the hourly schedule in NBO
Solution
To solve this issue, do the following:
- Login into NBO, using your credentials and click “Log In”

After logging in, you will come to the “labor” screen. From there you will choose the site you are assisting.
- Once you have logged into the site store you will choose the employee’s tab.
- After clicking the employee tab, you will then choose “Employee Maintenance” and type in the person’s last name to find the employee you are updating.
- Check the “Schedule Group” and change to Hourly manager. Then click, “Exit to Main”
- Check the “Schedule Group” and change to Hourly manager. Then click, “Exit to Main”

In the main screen you would click on the “Scheduling” tab and then click “Manager Schedule” tab.
- In the Manager Schedule tab, make sure you click on “Existing” and press Continue.
- You will then see the new manager updated and added to the manager schedule in NBO.
