How to Reset an Aloha Password

How to reset a password in Aloha Configuration Center.

(Manager are able to reset another managers password)

Solution

To solve this issue, do the following:

1. Open Aloha Configuration Center and Log In:
   
2. Once logged in click on the following: Maintenance > Labor & Users:
   
3. In the upper right corner, you will see a blank field. In this field you will type in the employee’s Aloha Configuration Center username. Once you type in the username you can either press Enter or click on the Magnifying Glass icon. 
   
4. You will then click on the icon with the 3 dots next to Reset password:
   
5. You will then create a temporary password and then click Save:  
   
6. Provide the employee with the temporary password. When they log in using the temporary password it will then prompt them to create a new password.
