Envysion installation instructions.  

Solution 

To install the new Envysion system, the store will need to (1) install the rack mount ENVR, and (2) install the 32-channel encoder in place of the old DVR system. Once complete, contact Envysion Installation Support at [phone] Option 2. 

The following items will be delivered to the store:

- **8TB Rack Mount EnVR**: This unit is to be installed in the IT Rack, specifically at ports 35/36.

- **32 Channel Encoder**: This device will replace the existing DVR.

**Installation Instructions**:

1. Install the 8TB EnVR within the IT Rack.
2. Connect a monitor and mouse to the EnVR for setup.
3. Link the CAT 5 cabling from the previous DVR to the secondary NIC of the EnVR.
  - No static IP configuration is necessary; the device will utilize DHCP upon setup.
4. Connect the primary NIC of the EnVR to ports 35/36 on the Cisco switch.
5. Replace the existing DVR with the 32 Channel Encoder.
6. Connect all BNC connections and power supply to the Encoder.
7. Attach the existing CAT 5 cabling to the Encoder, which connects to NIC 2 of the EnVR.
8. Connect the existing VGA cable from the office display monitor to the Encoder.
9. Contact Envysion Installation Support for a 'Check Out' of the installation to ensure all work orders can be closed. Please call 877-258-9441 and select option 2.
