How to Reenroll FP

Staff is reporting they are unable to log into terms with their fingerprints anymore, after the Aloha upgrade

Description

To reenroll fingerprints you must follow these steps

Solution

To solve this issue, do the following:

1. Log into terminal using your aloha id/pw
   
2. Tap on the Manager Functions button on the top of the screen.
   
3. Once the screen pulls up a new set of options, tap on the Change Own Password Button.
   
4. Tap on Enroll Fingerprint.
   
5. You will then need to capture your fingerprint 4 times by placing it on the scanner
   
    

6. Once you have your fingerprint enrolled it will let you know it was successful.
