Solution

To solve this issue, do the following:

1. Collect the Serial Number and the name of the game it will be attached to.

2. Reach out to Nick Loeffler , Patrick Dollah or Johnny Woods via Service Desk Support Chat, If no response, send email to [e-mail] and copy [e-mail]. Once acknowledged,  Assign ticket to IT Store Solutions.
