CEC Store Ordering Password Reset

Summary

If the password for the marketing training site does not work, follow these steps to reset the password.

Solution

To solve this issue, do the following:

1. Log onto the back-office PC and open the CEC links folder
2. Click on the CEC store ordering website link    
   
3. Have the store click on the forgot password link and enter the store email address
   
4. Open the store email. Click on the forgot password link and create a password
