When users are having log in problems with Aloha Pulse, we will get a ticket stating they need their password reset. With Aloha Pulse , the user can reset their own password. This document will illustrate how to walk them through the procedure for resetting their password in Aloha Pulse.
Solution
To solve this issue, do the following:

This procedure will illustrate the ‘user-experience’ of resetting a password in Aloha Pulse. This is the Aloha Pulse app. It can be downloaded from the AppStore on Apple or Android phones.

The username is the store’s email address (s000@chuckecheese.com). To reset their password:
- Click on the link labeled ‘Trouble signing in?
- Enter the username into the username field, then click ‘Reset Password’.
- Confirm that the reset request went through.
