Summary
Store is needing to take a picture from the CEConnect app, but is getting a black screen.
Solution
To solve this issue, do the following:
- Exit the CEConnect app by pressing the home button.
- Open IPad settings icon.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page (left-hand side) and tap on the PlayerLync app.
4. Once the settings open up, allow PlayerLync to access the camera.
5. Go back into the CEConnect app and open up the camera for use.
