Description
Scanners at the PPR will not scan bar codes.
Solution
To solve this issue, do the following:
1. Plug in both scanners into the PPR.
2. Scan the configuration bar code with each scanner.
3. Then scan the barcode of each base station with its scanner.
4. Put the scanner back into the base station.
5. Wait 20 seconds.
6. Unplug the device from the USB port on the PPR.
7. Plug it back into the PPR.
8. Wait 20 seconds.
9. Open up a notepad on the PPR.
10. Scan one of the cabinet prizes below.

11.The notepad will now show a number and the cursor moved to the next line. If it does not, the scanner needs to be replaced.
12. Test with both scanners.
13. If they work in Notepad but you still cannot get them to read the barcodes, put your troubleshooting steps in the notes and assign the ticket to VEN Semnox so they can configure the scanner on their side.
