Performing a refund on the FSKs
Description
Steps to complete a transaction done on the Kiosk.
Solution
To solve this issue, do the following:
- You must be on the main menu before you tap you staff card.
- Tap your staff card and you will see this screen below and you will select Transaction View.
- The screen will show you a list of transactions:
- You must check the box next to the transaction that you want to refund and then you will be able to press the Refund button at the bottom right of the screen: Also, if they have the receipt, you can enter in the check number in the field (TRX ID)
- There will be screen that pops up momentarily that you will see. This is the same screen that the guest sees at the end of every purchase. The money is now refunded back to the credit card.
